Money-Back Guarantee (30 days)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you feel the report didn’t deliver what we promised, email us within 30 days with a brief reason (one or two sentences is enough). We’ll review it.

If the report didn’t hold up to our stated standards, we’ll refund.

To keep this fair for everyone, refunds may be declined in cases of:

repeat refund requests, or
clear misuse of the service

We collect the information you submit in the Pawsona form (e.g. name, email, location, lifestyle answers, preferences) because it’s necessary to generate and deliver your report, and to provide support if needed.

We keep data collection minimal and purpose-driven — only what’s required to operate the service responsibly.

We use third-party service providers for core operations (such as form handling, report delivery, and storage). We do not sell your personal data.

If we send updates in the future, we’ll do so only with your consent, and every message will include an unsubscribe option.
